Markup support in feedback and comments added

We added support for markup in feedback, comments and official answers. It’s realized as simple wysiwyg editor. At this moment it’s support 5 functions, look at toolbar (1)

• bold (2)
• italic (3)
• underline (4)
• ordered list (2)
• numbered list (6)
