Added ability to set the display order of forums

Monitor Twitter from UserEcho

We implement twitter monitoring feature that allow you to monitor your twitter feed directly from UserEcho interface and convert tweets to a topics.
Now when you reply on topics your replies will be auto-posted to twitter from your name.

Track customer questions in one place

Escalate tweets to support team which helps to increase the satisfaction of our customers and community members.

Use more than 140 symbols in answers

Now you not limited to 140 characters and can provide detailed replies for users.

Follow instruction below to start using this feature

Goto Advanced->Twitter in the settings.  Then click Set account to link your existing twitter account with UserEcho. After linking UserEcho will be able to post your replies to topics directly to Twitter. Also setup Twitter filter field. For common usage put your twitter name & website address.

Now you can go to the moderation section and check what's happening on the twitter.

Move mouse over any tweet and choose Convert to feedback action to convert it to the topic.
Now when you will change topic status or leave official reply user will receive replies directly on twitter.

Admin interface completely upgraded

Ability to see environment of users and many improvements

Added ability to see environment of user who leaves feedback

We provide Screen resolution, User agent, Flash version and IP address at this moment feel free to request additional info.

To see this, click to the more action on a feedback and choose user environment option.

Misc updates and improvements

  • Added ability to sign in using Live Microsoft ID.
  • We moved social sharing buttons closer to a topic from the right panel.
  • In the moderation section now possible to set cause why suggestion was declined/deleted.
  • Now we support 301 redirect for project with domain aliasing enabled. Users who will try to open will be auto-redirected to
  • Added indent for topics without voting enabled.
  • Added ability to disable commenting on topic.


Added topic status updates history

Now it's possible to look the history of topic status updates.

To see it just click on the "Show status update history" link at the top of official comment.

After click you can see all status updates on the topic.

We redesigned topic & topic list presentations

  • Now avatar of the person who created the idea shown next to the post title.
  • Topics without voter now nicely indented.
  • Sharing links is placed directly on the topic instead the right panel.

Added ability to limit total user votes on community. Click for details.

Added special link that allows to send customers to place which directly show the feedback submit form.

We added Google Analytics integration, to set it up just place your google analytics id here.

Also we upgrade our servers and now UserEcho is even more faster and responsive than ever.

Now community owners can conduct polls of users

We added easy way to create polls. Look at example survey below.

To create survey use more->poll settings in action menu an topic.

Then use add variant button to create needed poll variants.

After adding variants close settings panel and refresh page.

Poll created!

Also you can put needed poll to main page of community (dashboard), use poll module in customization section for this.

  • Added filter by tag mode to the topic list module. Using this technique it's easy to place some important topics on dashboard. Find out step by step guide below:
  1. Create custom tag, for example "Hot topic".
  2. Mark some topics with this tag.
  3. Goto customize section and add new topic list on dashboard.
  4. In topic list settings select filter by tags and choose "Hot topic" tag.
  5. Now topic list will display all topics with tag Hot topic.
  • Added Kazakh language support for the user interface.

  • Added html source editing mode to our wysiwyg editor.

Misc minor updates

  • Now each topic status (IDEA,BUG,QUESTION,etc) has custom-dedicated list of statuses.
  • Facebook integration updated to meet new facebook requiriments.
  • Added new mode for forums (No voting) - all topics will be displayed without voting ability. Also it's possible to show/hide voting block on each topic individually. Find out details.
  • Added ability to send private feedback from widget. 
  • Added ability to set custom feedback popup header text.
  • Now it's possible to filter widget popup content by category.
  • Now it's possible to see all community members on Our team page. It's realized using infinite scroll feature.
