Dear users UserEcho now gives the opportunity to easily customize the look of your customer support forum. Screen forum is virtually divided into two parts: the left and right. Each represented by a set of modules.
For example, in the right side you can put the image module, the module which shows your forums and categories, visualizers of your presence in social networks, custom text and much more.

It is possible to change the order of modules, delete and edit their settings.




At the current moment the following modules available for the left side:

Image - it can be any image such as your company logo.

Search module - to search the existing database and add new topics.

Free text - ability to write a short description of your project or user manual or instructions for example.

Topic list - a list of topics given forum. This is a very functional module, which will be discussed in a separate article.

FaceBook - A list of your fans in facebook, plus the ability to become so.




For the right side in addition to modules, which is on the left, available: 


Links module - allows you to specify a list of links.

Twitter module - news ticker of your activity on Twitter.

Sharing Module - with it users can easily share your topics of popular social networks.

Community Statistics - statistics of your community, the number of reviews, posts and users.






It is now possible to configure your forum so that it was a simple list of ideas,more advanced representation with custom groups for example showing popular, gaining popularity and completed tasks, setup forum presentation as blog and start using it as  company blog.


Customization is available in the settings section Customization.
