When answering to a someone ticket on the Userecho platform (not from email)



Make "Thank's Sampleso Support Team' to some kind of our default answers without the need to write it down every time..(Just like zendesk have)

Actually we do not add any signature to each reply, because we do not think it's necessary. It's add some unnecessary info to each comment. 

When we send notification to users we add your email signature (available in your project settings) which usually looks like your example. If you will have your signature in the comment plus signature from email your users will receive emails with double signatures.


If you still want to have it we can add it specially for your user. it will be pre-defined text in the editor (then you can edit it). Please send us Helpdesk request with the text.
