Our wysiwyg editor completely rewritten. Now it's has new stylish design.


Added ability to change color of text and it's background. White on red for example.


Also added ability to edit links. 


And embed video.

Available registration date, last entry, rating and you can fall into the user profile.

We completely redesigned image uploading interface, now it's compatible with most browsers including Chrome, Firefox, IE 6-7-8-9, Safari, Opera.
You can now insert images in your topics and feedback, with more easy and smooth way.



Also we improved tags adding process, now users and admins able to add tags to topics, it's possible directly when you create feedback, no more unneeded mouse clicks just select tags.

Dear users UserEcho now gives the opportunity to easily customize the look of your customer support forum. Screen forum is virtually divided into two parts: the left and right. Each represented by a set of modules.
For example, in the right side you can put the image module, the module which shows your forums and categories, visualizers of your presence in social networks, custom text and much more.

It is possible to change the order of modules, delete and edit their settings.




At the current moment the following modules available for the left side:

Image - it can be any image such as your company logo.

Search module - to search the existing database and add new topics.

Free text - ability to write a short description of your project or user manual or instructions for example.

Topic list - a list of topics given forum. This is a very functional module, which will be discussed in a separate article.

FaceBook - A list of your fans in facebook, plus the ability to become so.




For the right side in addition to modules, which is on the left, available: 


Links module - allows you to specify a list of links.

Twitter module - news ticker of your activity on Twitter.

Sharing Module - with it users can easily share your topics of popular social networks.

Community Statistics - statistics of your community, the number of reviews, posts and users.






It is now possible to configure your forum so that it was a simple list of ideas,more advanced representation with custom groups for example showing popular, gaining popularity and completed tasks, setup forum presentation as blog and start using it as  company blog.


Customization is available in the settings section Customization.

Now, if you have a community page or application in facebook, you can easily add Feedback tab and your facebook users will be able to enjoy all the features of UserEcho not leaving facebook.

Added ability to view statistics on the community.

  • The number of unique visits and hits by day for the last 31 days.
  • Number of posted feedback and comments on the day of the last 31 days.

We added support for markup in feedback, comments and official answers. It’s realized as simple wysiwyg editor. At this moment it’s support 5 functions, look at toolbar (1)

  • bold (2)
  • italic (3)
  • underline (4)
  • ordered list (2)
  • numbered list (6)

Now, administrators can view the voters in detail, who voted for and against.

Added ability to configure additional links related to the project. For example, you can add a link to twitter or your project’s Facebook page. You can do this under Setup->Forums->Links

Now, in addition to importing avatars from the gravatar.com you can upload avatars locally.

We are preparing a new feature “private user feedback”. After submission it’s will be visible only to project owners.

We have updated the service plans. Plan “Simp” renamed to the “Base” plan with preservation of all possibilities. "Power" plan renamed to “Base+”. Added two new plans “Advanced” and “Custom”. Now we have user friendly comparison page of service plans, that helps to choose appropriate plan.

We apologize for the inconvenience, all previous plans will retain the functionality that was available at the time of purchase.

Added ability to add subcategories to to the category. This allow will more accurately organize information for major projects.

Improved opportunities for moderation, In-place moderation

Now besides the fact that you can moderate comments and posts in the administrative interface. You can directly moderate content from the forum and feedback list.

We displays count of feedback and comments that need to be approved. You no longer need to go inside settings interface to check if there something to review.
